General Information

1. When and where is the 2025 NDC Summit taking place?
The Summit will be held at the InterContinental Sanctuary Cove, Gold Coast.

2. Who is eligible to attend the Summit?
Attendance is by invitation only. Invitees are nominated by the Operations Team based on specific criteria.

3. Is attendance mandatory for all invitees?
No, attendance is not mandatory — although we strongly encourage you to attend.

4. What is the theme of this year’s Summit?
The overall theme for the 2025 Summit is "NDC. In Good Company."
The Gala Dinner will follow a fun (unrelated) theme: "Pirates of the Caribbean."

5. How do I register for the event?
Visit the registration page via the official Summit information site: www.ndcdentistsummit.com.au

6. Can I bring a partner, children, or a plus-one to the Summit?
The Summit is reserved for NDC providers and team members. While some attendees may bring their partner or children to enjoy the resort, they cannot attend Summit events.
If you plan to bring your family, you will be assigned a Double Double room (two Queen beds). Any additional requirements or costs will be your responsibility.

7. What is the dress code for the Summit?
      • Daytime: Smart Casual
      • Welcome Event: After 5 attire
      • Gala Dinner: Black tie or themed (Pirates of the Caribbean)

8. Will I receive a certificate of attendance or CPD points?
Yes. Certificates will be distributed two weeks after the event.


Accommodation & Travel

9. Is accommodation provided as part of the Summit registration?
Yes, accommodation is included for all attendees as part of your registration.

10. How do I book my accommodation at the InterContinental Sanctuary Cove?
Accommodation will be booked on your behalf based on the details you provide during registration.

11. What is the check-in and check-out time at the hotel?
     • Check-in: 3:00 PM
     • Check-out: 11:00 AM

12. Are airport transfers included or arranged by NDC?
Yes. Group transfers to and from the airport will be arranged at set times based on your flight details provided during registration.

13. Is parking available at the venue?
Yes, free parking is available at the hotel.

14. What’s the nearest airport and how long is the transfer time?
The hotel is located roughly halfway between Brisbane and Gold Coast airports. Most attendees will likely fly into Brisbane, as it offers more flexible flight times.

15. Can I extend my stay before or after the Summit?
Yes, extensions are possible (subject to hotel availability). Please indicate your preferences when registering. Any additional nights will be at your own cost.


Meals & Dietary Requirements

16. Are meals included in the Summit program?
Yes, all meals during the Summit are included. Please note: mini bar, room service, and incidentals are not included.

17. I have dietary requirements—how can I ensure they are accommodated?
Please note any dietary requirements on your registration form. We will accommodate wherever possible.

18. Will there be vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options available?
Yes. These options will be available at all catered events.


Event Program & Activities

19. Where can I find the full program or agenda for the weekend?
The agenda will be available at www.ndcdentistsummit.com.au closer to the event.

20. What social events or evening activities are planned?
Please refer to the official agenda for full event and social activity details.

21. Is the Gala Dinner included in the registration?
Yes. Attendance at the Gala Dinner and all scheduled Summit events is included and expected.

22. Is there a dress theme for the Gala Dinner?
Yes. You can come dressed in black tie or embrace the Pirates of the Caribbean theme. Fun props and accessories will be available if you’d like to add to your outfit on the night.

23. Can I opt out of any sessions or events?
While we understand personal circumstances may arise, all attendees are expected to participate in both daytime sessions and evening events as part of the full Summit experience.

24. Will there be any free time for leisure or exploring the Gold Coast?
No, the schedule is fully booked across the event days. We recommend planning personal time before or after the Summit.

No, there will not be an app or portal. All information will be distributed via email and through on-site communications.
