Professor Fiona Wood - AO, FRCS, FRACS

is a world-renowned burns surgeon, researcher, and Director of the Burns Service of Western Australia. Co-inventor of the pioneering 'spray-on skin' technology (Recell), she has dedicated over 30 years to advancing burns care globally. A Consultant Plastic Surgeon at Fiona Stanley Hospital and Perth Children’s Hospital, Professor Wood is also a Winthrop Professor at The University of Western Australia and co-founder of the Fiona Wood Foundation. She led the medical response following the 2002 Bali bombings and has received numerous accolades, including Australian of the Year (2005) and Officer of the Order of Australia (2024), recognising her profound impact on medicine and patient outcomes worldwide.

Kamal Sarma

Kamal Sarma has a deep insight into people and organisations, in large part, due to his unique personal and corporate experience. He spent 6 years living as a monk in a desert monastery and returned to Australia to build a successful corporate career.

Today, Kamal focuses on helping people master the art of human connection through navigating complex and critical conversations, developing resilience, navigating change and transforming cultures.

Kamal has held senior executive positions in organizations, including McKinsey & Company, Eli Lilly, and AMP Capital Investors. He has also been the co-founder of two venture capital businesses in the IT and biotech sectors. Kamal is currently the Chairman for Amicus Digital and the founder and CEO of his strategic Leadership firm, Rezilium. For the past 17 years, Kamal and team have been helping top companies within Australia and Globally.

Kamal is the author of 3 international books: The best seller “Mental Resilience – the Power of Clarity”, “The Leadership Leap -UN learning how to lead”, and his latest “WinWin Conversations”. He has conducted programs for a number of top-tier organisations, such as Google, Facebook, Bank of New York Mellon, Reserve Bank of Australia, PwC, Ernst and Young, Westpac, Commonwealth Bank, and ING Global. Outside of his corporate work, Kamal is the Chair of the RUOK Conversation Board.

Scott Reardon OAM

At the age of 12, Scott suffered from a devastating farm accident that resulted in the loss of his right leg. While this event was life-altering, he didn’t let that end his dream and refused to let it define who he was. As Scott worked tirelessly to overcome his injury, he found success internationally by becoming one of the top Paralympic sprinters in the world.

Scott won water skiing world championships in 2007 and 2009. He represented Australia at the 2012 Summer Paralympics in athletics, winning a silver medal in the Men's 100 m T42. At the 2016 Rio Paralympics, he went one placing better to win the gold medal. Reardon has won the Men's 100 m T42 in three consecutive World Para Athletics Championships, from 2013 to 2017. He competed at the 2020 Tokyo Paralympics, his third games.
