Travel information
Driving:
If you're driving in from the Gold Coast, Brisbane, or Northern NSW, complimentary onsite parking is available — one car per room. Simply follow the signs to resort parking upon arrival.
Flights:
When registering, please let us know your preferred flight times. We’ll do our best to align your travel with available options.
If a partner or family member is joining you, please note that their flights must be arranged and paid for by you directly.
Transfers:
We’ll be coordinating group airport transfers from Brisbane airport to the Intercontinental Sanctuary Cove and return transfers to Brisbane airport at scheduled times that suit flight times.
Final transfer details will be confirmed closer to the event.
Accommodation for partner/family members
You’ll have the option during registration to indicate whether a partner or family member will be accompanying you. This helps us coordinate with the hotel regarding room arrangements.
Please note: While companions are warmly welcomed to enjoy the resort and surrounding area, all Summit conference sessions and official events are exclusive to NDC delegates only.
Non-attendance Policy
As numbers are finalised in advance, please be aware that if you register and either cancel within 14 days of the Summit, or do not attend (in part or in full), you will be charged the cost of your attendance.
Dress code
The dress code for all general day sessions is smart casual — professional yet comfortable.

Welcome Cocktail Party – Friday Evening
Location: The Terrace
Attire: After 5 or Cocktail
We’ll kick things off in style with a vibrant Welcome Event — the perfect way to arrive, settle in and reconnect. Expect a relaxed atmosphere, great food and drinks, and an easy transition into the weekend ahead.
Gala Dinner – Saturday Night
Theme: Mad Hatters Tea Party
Location: Ballroom
Attire: After 5 or Cocktail : Black tie is always welcome, or you may choose to step into the theme and embrace the eccentricity. Think bold, curious and a touch theatrical. If dressing up isn’t your style, we’ll have a collection of fun props and accessories available on the night so you can still be part of the magic, in your own way.
An evening unlike anything we’ve done before. This year’s Gala will transport you into the whimsical, slightly chaotic world of the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party — inspired by the unforgettable character brought to life by Johnny Depp. Expect the unexpected, with a setting that’s imaginative, playful and just a little surreal.
Farewell Lunch – Sunday
Attire: Smart Casual
As the Summit draws to a close, we’ll gather once more for a relaxed farewell lunch. It’s a chance to pause, reflect on the conversations and ideas shared over the weekend, a time to enjoy a final moment together before everyone heads their separate ways. Expect a warm, easy atmosphere where new connections are solidified, stories are exchanged, and the weekend finishes on a genuine high
